That's why Steve, Alec and Bill formed The Rescue Service (TRS) in 2008 - to provide a traditional service, modern know-how and great value.

TRS Managing Director Steve Ellis ACII has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry and with assistance companies.

Operations Director Alec Maycock has more than 20 years experience of setting up and managing 24/7 multi contact centres including telephony, internet and service centre operations.

Network Director Bill Monkman was employed by Britannia Rescue for over 18 years and prior to this for over 15 years with RAC.

TRS is based 4 miles from the centre of Leeds, just off the M62, in a modern state-of-the-art control centre. We offer UK and Europe-wide road rescue and recovery 24 hours of the day, 7 days a week.
